The interview process was great! I had two interviews. The first was with the recruiter and the second was with the company leadership. The recruiter interview was short and consisted of assessing whether or not I could do the job. The second interview was longer and had a lot of questions concerning personal experiences so have your stories ready. Make sure to display your competence with humility.
Phone screen and one interview. Questions are mostly behavioral or tell me about an experience where you did xyz. Interviewers are really just looking for you to prove your ability to learn a new system as well as technical excel skills.

They won’t tell the truth about the company mess and what you’re really going to be dealing with they’ll sugarcoat the issues. No investment in company training and definitely don’t abide by CVS code of conduct and culture.
