      Senior Product Marketing Manager Interview

      Interview

The interview process was notably straightforward, refreshing, and deeply respectful of my time as a candidate. Rather than relying on stressful interrogations or jumping through unnecessary hoops, the company prioritized a "human-first" approach. The entire process consisted of three well-organized rounds, each designed to evaluate mutual fit through genuine conversation, and not only based on expertise/knowledge, also as a to be "collegue".
