I was really disappointed by them not because I wasn’t selected (no one was selected, and even if they chose someone else, it wouldn’t be a problem; there are many people who could be better or more suited for the job). What bothered me was the lack of respect in not giving any follow-up about the application. Okay, I wasn’t selected, but at least they could have informed me. I even emailed them before accepting another offer, and they completely ghosted me. Zero professionalism.
