Initial call with an internal company recruiter ~ 1 hr Take home assesment ~2hr Another call with Director of Software engineering ~ 50 minutes Another coding challenge and Panel interview ~ 1.5hr, heard that I won. Then the other step was about talking to the VP who was in vacation, Unfortunately, the initial recruiter called me to tell me that the market is picky and they got someone else. Not frustrated and I understand we are living times during the Big Tech layoffs where there is a lot of supply and demand.

Es war ein einfaches Kennenlerngespräch, sehr freundlich und positiv, ohne unbequeme Fragen. Ich habe erzählt über meine Erfahrungen, über meine Interessen. Des Weiteren hat die interviewende Frau über das Unternehmen viel erzählt, über deren Produkte und Core Values. Im großen und ganzen habe ich einen guten Eindruck bekommen, aber leider kein Angebot :)))
