Interview
Applied online. After which I had a phone interview with HR. Soon after I had 2 phone interviews with the studio director and the creative director. 2nd interview was with some of the designers. Afterwards I flew out to Salt Lake City for an onsite interview. Full day process of meeting designers and different heads of the studio. Received an offer few days after that.

Interview
Application were filled online and after a few weeks castar emailed me and wanted to do a phone interview. After finishing the interview they we've discussed onsite interview potential but abruptly rejected after a few days without any reason.
