      Salesforce Developer Interview

      10 May 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at catch.com.au in May 2020

      Interview

One of the recruiters contacted me first to see if I am interested in the role. After getting to know each other after a few phone calls, I accepted the interview. It was an online interview via Google hangout, with the deputy head of operations, and a Salesforce developer from Catch. Have been asked a few technical questions. None of them is hard. A few more general questions. No feedback after the first interview. Have to chase up the recruiter who contacted me in the first place to get the result. Maybe the recruiter is too busy? He did not reply to my follow up text message 3 days after the interview. Have to call him one day later, but he did not pick up the phone. Then finally, on the third try I got him, and turns out he did not know any result either, has to call the people who interviewed me. The result was I did not get the job, and there is no why and how to improve. Overall, it was a very disconnected and disappointed interview experience.
