The interview process was very professional, as my attributes and shortcomings were discussed in detail. The direction of the company, company values ,my role within the company, were all topics of discussion, as well as what to expect when hiring a former Marine NCO. I was made aware that my shortcomings in certain areas wouldn't automatically disqualify me from consideration, and that training would be available to me, as well advancement,

Interview
Nice office, large conference room and good feel to the organization. Clearly focused on medical devices. I had an phone interview and a face-to-face interview with the CEO. Questions focused a lot on my schooling and ability to get to the office.
