My CV was forwarded to the company through HR from a different company. I received a call and was asked to come in for an interview. I met with the design lead who was very nice. I was given an at-home assignment, which I completed and returned. I was told that they decided to go with someone with more experience.

Amazing test of qualifications, while discussing business and only assessing the opportunity. Were only interested in if I would be a good fit for the company based upon skills and intelligence and not interested in anything else.
