      QA Tester Manual Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate

      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Interview

I was not able to even submit my resume because they require a video of me introducing myself. Requiring these videos is an easy way to get around discrimination laws, as they are able to see you in person before even reviewing your resume. These videos should not be "required" as it's very easy for them to watch them and judge a candidate based on their looks rather than their experience. Our work should speak for itself, that's why we submit a resume and a cover letter. If they want to know more about a candidate they should set up an in person interview.
