I had a screening call with a recruiter and then a Zoom call with HR. After that I went into the office for interviews, which took about 4 hours. I met with 3 people and was asked to complete a challenge activity. The challenge took 1 hour and wasn't too bad. I also had lunch with some of the other people in the office which was nice. The office was a little quiet but everyone was friendly.

What is your approach for learning new technologies?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at commonFont (Bozeman, MT) in June 2021
Interview
This was a few years back, but I recall going through 8 or 9 rounds of interviewing, including the lengthy case assessment. Then I was rejected with a boiler plate rejection and had to follow-up with them to get any feedback. Just a terrible, lengthy interview process that wastes everyone's time. It's not like they're some high-end, high paying company either. It's qualtrics implementation consulting, calm down.

Case test involving excel and basic data analytics.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at commonFont (Bozeman, MT) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was disorganized for a company that is no longer a startup. I will note that most of the interviewers were quite kind/polite and they definitely have great benefits. However, I was asked to interview for 3 different roles over the course of the process, none of which anyone could clearly articulate the difference between. There seemed to be a major lack of communication between interviewers as well, when I showed up to the office to spend 5+ hours interviewing (as others have noted, this seems unethical and ridiculous to ask for this level of time for an interview) the interviews were uncoordinated and I spent much of the day sitting alone in a stuffy room waiting for the next person to come in. I spent 1 hour doing the "challenge" by myself, which no one bothered to even look at upon completion. When I was interviewed by one of the execs, they spent much of the time distracted/looking at their phone, which was a little rude.
From word of mouth in Bozeman and from this interview experience, it seems like the company has high turnover and a lot of issues it needs to work through. I hope they figure it out and treat interviewees with more respect moving forward.
