I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at cord (London, England) in July 2024
Interview
You are put through endless interviews, with take home tests and live coding inbetween. They truly know how to waste your time in a lengthy interview process with a strange order. You would expect more from a jobs board website. Truly the longest waste of time in my life. The co-owner was one of the last interviews, AFTER all the take home tests and live coding. Co-owner was a bit awkward to speak with, which is why I believe interview with him and others should be BEFORE lengthy take home projects + live coding

Question 1
Just general experience questions on the companies tech stack (which is full of old legacy code)

I had an initial video call with their recruiter where we discussed the role, myself and the company. Next, I was given a coding test to complete.
I then withdrew from the final stage interview after receiving another offer.
