Sehr guter Interviewprozess. Es gab 4 Phasen - erster Kontakt mit dem VP HR, dann ein weiteres Gespräch mit den HR-Kollegen. Kurzes Gespräch mit dem CEO und ein offizielles Treffen mit dem gesamten Unternehmen.

Interview
Interview was well structured, 3 to 4 phases, depending on the availability of the interviewers. There were both technical and interpersonal questions related to team work, situation and actions taken. Overall, very positive and professional approach.

What was your biggest achievement in your career so far? What were my motivations to apply for the role at the company?

Interview
1. Skype call with HR and hiring manager. (Screening)
- Both were very friendly and gave me a general presentation of the company.
- I was asked to prepare a small project and send it to them within the next days.
2. In person interview with HR and technical assessment/coding with a developer.
- My sample was accepted and i was called to Windisch for a face to face interview.
- Again the people were very friendly and the environment really nice.
- After a short discussion with the HR, we analyzed my sample and wrote code based on it.
- It was a very nice experience as we collaborated to create a small project as we had the chance to discuss about several different topics regarding programming. From conception/customer communication to actual code, best practices, etc.
