I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at cpap.com (Stafford, TX) in July 2016
Interview
You come in and after a brief explanation of what you are doing in the position you will take a typing test. Be sure to triple check your grammar, spelling and punctuation because they look for those.
Afterwards there is a sort of round table interview and they decide whether or not you are trainable. If so they inform you of when you will start.

Interview
Very long, but understandable considering what you must learn. Lots of questions for them to understand your skills and abilities. Skills assessment seemed silly at the time, but understood better after starting with the company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at cpap.com (Stafford, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online and a few days later I received an email to write a review on a recent movie I saw or book that I read. A few days later I received interview invite. At the interview you're given 30 minutes to read a children's book and write short essay about it. If you do well on the essay the actual interview occurs. You interview with multiple people who pick apart your resume and ask questions that have nothing to do with the job. I guess I did ok but quite frankly I was surprised I received an offer.
