I applied and in around 3 weeks I got an online interview invititation followed by a second in-person interview at dSpace office. Both interviews were on average for around 2 hrs. Most of the discusssions were around how past experiences will relate to job description. Within a week I got an offer and then contract also. HR was very supportive and ensured smooth process.
