I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at data.ai (Singapore) in Oct 2019
Interview
A phone interview with a recruiter based in Beijing that didn't seem like they wanted to be there and had better things to do. Lasted 20 minutes. Rose asked me to talk through my CV but didn't seem like she had any knowledge of cloud technology and told me a lot of my experience wasn't relevant for the role. But she would have to ask the hiring manager to confirm. Fair enough but please don't waste my time and do your due diligence pre interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at data.ai (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I would suggest to decide on the priority for the roles before you start interviewing candidates. I have been interviewing for 2 months and had 5 different interviews including presentation only to learn that my role got frozen. I have invested lots of time and resources to interview for this role. Interviewers asked me whether I willing to prioritise this role among other interviews to which I said yes.
