In general technical interview wasn't difficult, asking about my experience and previous projects and how I participated in building solution at my previous employer.

What is the motivation to work for a consultancy ?

First a general HR interview with motivation and to see whether consulting is a fit.
Followed by a technical interview: two consultants who ask questions about projects you worked on and technologies they have worked with. The goal is to assess the technical maturity, so okay to not know all answers.
