phone calls, two weeks apart.I spoke with the recruiting manager over phone call and they later emailed confirming I had been selected.Easiest interview process I have ever had honestly, questions were so simply confirming if I wanted to work with them in the department I had highlighted on the application i,e infrastructure.

Interview
I was contacted by the showroom manager via Linked In, and scheduled an initial interview for a sales position. Upon interviewing with the manager and realizing I wasn't suited for that position, I was contacted about a week later about the EA opportunity. I returned and interviewed with a designer, a principal, and the manager over coffee offsite.
