Applied via LinkedIn, had a prompt reply and met with the office coordinator and both principals for a group interview two weeks later. Very professional and they made an effort to give a good idea of both the day-to-day work and company culture. Brought up long term goals as well and where they want to take projects in the future so I had an opportunity to pitch a few ideas.

Experience in the AEC industry, general writing background and communications strategy, freelance experience. Had a pretty in-depth discussion of several marketing projects and my current work, along with career goals and education background.
