dltledgers Software Engineer interview questions

The interview procedure was really different for me from my other interview experiences. They made me comfortable and there was no usual interview questions like tell about yourself and things like that. The Interview discussion was more about understanding our approach to solving a problem rather than just solving it, clarity in communicating a problem (articulating it well) and Learning aspirations. They were more focused on attitude of addressing an answer than the syntax or solutions or algorithms. Total there were two rounds and both technical,i n the first round our basic knowledge in core is tested and in second round was to solve a problem. After completing these two rounds hr informed that i am selected for the position of trainee software engineer and there is a 6 month training period , based on performance the job title will be changed to software engineer. On the First day of joining they have arranged accomodation for us in their company guest house and we were allowed to stay there till finding accomodation outside. All the staff here are very supportive as we are newcomers. Really satisfied with the experience.
