Interview
Initial Interview: A 20-minute screening call with HR to discuss your background, experience, and fit for the role.
Second Interview: An in-depth interview with the Head of Sales Operations and Customer Support, covering your knowledge, skills, and experience in detail.
Final Presentation: Prepare and deliver a presentation on key data insights for Sales Managers and Customer Support, Showcasing your ability to analyse and present data effectively.
Throughout the process I needed to be prepared to demonstrate my understanding of the sales landscape, ability to work collaboratively and my capacity to drive results and support customer needs.
The hiring team and managers were very kind and allowed for multiple questions, The process was easy well put together and the tech made document submissions seamless.
