I was interviewed by two of the employees. Really nice people, a small office building that needs tidying up. After the phone interview, I went to an in-person interview. After that, I had to do a "working interview" which was to work for one full day and get paid minimum wage. I was trained on the spot and got a good feel of what a typical day is like. Then they offered me another "working interview" to help on a project. That's when it got sketchy b/c they didn't offer me the job yet and wanted me to come and work again for less than what was supposed to be $20/hr. In the end, I turned the job down.
