Interview
I went through this process a long time ago. The usual process, a conversation with HR, a technical interview and a test, then a phone call and an offer.
It seems to me that it was not necessary to wait too long between stages. So that can be counted as a positive.
The interview consisted of an initial conversation with the HR officer and a technical interview with an experienced programmer. The questions were reasonable and tailored to the level of the position. The whole process was conducted in a professional manner.
