Software Specialist = Techical Support Bond= 2 years Salary = 2.5 /yr I faced the recruitment process at college. They postponed the interview at least 3 times in my college so it took around 3-4 months from the announcement to the recruitment process. 1. Gd 2. Question & answer written round ( if pass = technical post else= non technical post) with same salary 3. Technical interview at campus first students of technical post will be shortlisted then for non technical post however same type of questions will be asked ie technical questions from both. Shortlisting list was provided within 1 week which was partitioned into 3 categories: a. Technical post b. Non technical post c. Business post (Students with average technical skill but will good communication skills lie in point c) ( point c will have low salary) 4. Telephonic interview for: Technical & non technical post: 2 telephonic interviews one for technical skills & onter for communication skills. Business post: Interview for business post students will be earlier however they will also be asked same type of technical questions. They created a whatsapp group for queries. There were many students who were shortlisted for technical/non technical but didn't get any telephonic call. They asked for telephonic call at WhatsApp group but no one responded. Then they tried to call the admin but the number was found out of reach. 5. Final interview: the final interview was at Ahmedabad Gujarat Final interview call for business post will be earlier. At the end they said technical & non technical posts both are same. I went to Ahmedabad Gujarat for final interview. They gave a number to call when reached to Ahmedabad for further documentation. When I called that number then no one responded on 1st day next day someone respoded. I asked him for any required documents, he said "Did you brought your blank cheque?", I had no idea about it so he said you have to submit a blank cheque before joining. I went to the office for final interview. One guy told us terms & conditions ie at training period we will get Rs.15000/month timing of training will be from 3:00pm to 12:am, after training we will be given one of the two time shifts permanently for 2 years (from 6:00 pm to 3am or from 9:00 pm to 6:00am). We must have waited approx 2 hours at cafeteria then they called us for final interview which was a group interview where they asked basic questions like how will you be able to work at night shifts & what do you understand about this post. They requested to wait more 1.5 hour for next final interview. 6. This interview was one to one type where they asked about major project & basic sql queries. They asked to wait more 1 hour. However it took around 4 hours when the results were declared when I've got a eliminated however by seeing such bad management even before joining the company I lost all interest to join that company.
