I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eFaucets (Somers, WI) in Feb 2017
Interview
Contacted through a recruiter who didn't even know that they use the Wonderlic Test. I'd never heard of it until they told me about it. I had to take a 8 minute test with 30 questions at home. Which I supposedly passed. They scheduled the interview and then I had to take 2 more tests, one 12 min with 50 questions and the other "will you tell the truth" test which they said I failed. And that was it. I talked to 2 of there developers. One guy was a real jerk. He pulled up my source code in front of me on a website I built on a huge 20 foot screen in front of everybody. Still don't know what he was looking for. Then I had a recruiter call me for the same position a month later. Good luck finding someone to pass your arbitrary test!
