Comprehensive interview with Morgan. Because I am a senior citizen, I sensed from the start when I first met Morgan that he took a "negative" view of me because of my age, even though I had 10 years (recent) successful experience and extensive insurance knowledge in a call center setting enrolling seniors in Medicare plans. I am a good interviewer, but this was a worthless effort "out of the gate!" I was excited to be there at first only to be greatly disappointed by his apparent bias. I believe that I was more than qualified for the position that they were hiring for--that they were hiring for a large training class with a February start date.
