I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eLynx (Tulsa, OK) in July 2018
Interview
I had about 5 different interviews, including a project I was required to complete between interviews to prove competency.
I made it to the end of the interview process, which was an interview with the CEO at the time who I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate
I had not been looking for a new job when I was approached and asked to interview. So upon offering me the job, I communicated that this would be a big decision for me to leave my current job.
My offer was immediately rescinded because I wasn’t confident that I wanted to quit my job. I felt that the whole process was about the employer and not the employee. I wasted a significant amount of time going through this interview process, but ultimately felt like I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
I was asked to complete a data project between interviews
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eLynx in Mar 2015
Interview
Had a phone screen with the recruiter about this position.
Interview went well, but she declined to give me a salary range for the position, and also wasn't interested in hearing about my current salary. Just said that they "pay very well" for a small company.
Went on Glassdoor and the position pays $8k less than what I currently make, and the position is supposed to a promotion from my current job. It's always been my experience to stay away from companies that refuse to discuss a salary range or don't ask what you're currently making. Thank goodness for sites like Glassdoor, I'm glad I didn't receive a callback.
