Spoke with recruiter about the position firsts - decent, motivating conversation. He said he thought i was a good fit for the role and would contact hiring Manager to chat with me. Hiring Mgr emailed and asked for a good time to talk and we connected for about 1.25 hrs on phone. Asked when i would hear if I was moving on and said about a week or two. 5 weeks later ... NOTHING... not a simple email saying thank you but we have chosen another candidate. I emailed both mgr and recruiter multiple times and NO reply.
This was for a customer success role - HA! probably not a good customer experience at ePlus if mgt and recruiters fail to even reply.

Interview
I've never had such a disappointing experience applying to a company. Initially, I had a promising first interview with the hiring manager to discuss my qualifications and was excited to meet the team in Houston. However, on the day of the interview, it was abruptly canceled. I tried to reschedule but received no response. While I was in the final stages of receiving an offer from another company, the HR manager finally contacted me and arranged another meeting with their director. Unfortunately, I was ghosted again, with no apologies or acknowledgment for the wasted time. I'm glad I dodged a bullet.
