My process started off with a phone interview from an employee referral. This lasted about an hour.
I had a second phone interview which was supposed to be with the hiring manager, but they were unavailable and had someone fill in for them. This also lasted for an hour.
Next step was a request for an in-person interview. They rescheduled the initial date.I interviewed with a VP as well as a manager of another department separately. The interview went well in my opinion although they did not pin point what position(s) they were looking to hire for specifically, other than mentioning that their growth had exploded and there would be plenty of opportunity. They have jobs listed on their site but was not up to date. They would not discuss salary ranges, only asked what the interviewee was “looking for”.
The company claims to value their culture of faith and family and you will notice that in every step of the process. This is why it was very surprising how unresponsive they were after the lengthy interview process. It was almost like they had decided then felt it wasn’t necessary to let you know. I was given the impression I would know their decision by the end of the week. After not receiving any kind of communication, I emailed to follow-up with both individuals from my in-person interviews, only to receive no response. What a bummer when you believe in what they tell you and how they operate. This really doesn’t seem to fit with the culture they mention at every step of the interview process.
