eSquared Communication Consulting interview questions

Nice and easy interview but seeking to look for strengths they are looking for. No experience needed as they train anyone but are not intimidating. They make sure to express that they are looking for someone willing to learn and not necessarily just looking for experience.

I had to fill this Q&A and send via email before the interview. She asked me the same questions in the Zoom interview. I don't know if she was testing me to see if I was remembering my answers or what but it was really weird. I didn't get the job because I knew only 1 out of 4 programs. So, instead of teaching me the other 3...I was rejected.
