Responded to job posting on company website. Recorded a call from HR to discuss resume, qualifications and answer various questions. Was fold about the company, the culture and direction. Was told that they are growing rapidly and are adding 5 key staffers. The phone interview went well apparently and I was invited to a formal in person interview with their operations manager and HR director. This interview went into more detail about the company and the position but I feel like it was a lot of the same questions from my phone interview. The owner stepped in to say hello, everyone seemed to enjoy their job and the company and was generally excited about their new growth. Cool office.
