Met with multiple team members from two different teams- development and accounts, as they were the most relevant to the position I was applying for. Originally the interview was development-focused only, but as discussions progressed, we determined I was a fit that overlapped multiple teams. The process adapted accordingly which was very cool. I was offered a position different than I originally applied for, which fits everyone better.
