it was a disaster. Recruter completely unavailable, Delays for months between interviews, without any feedback after saying 'we will move on shortly'. Finally I got an offer 20% less that I asked at the first interview. After several weeks of negociations, I received a "promise of employment" that I was supposed to sign within 48 hours, and the start date in less than a month from the offer date, a condition that was absolutely impossible to complete (and they new it). So I had to reject it, because my current employer was not agree. All that time, noone replied a phone call, and noone called back.
Only formal exchanges by email. So I left the process with the impession that all was done NOT to employ me, because I had a courage to negociate...
One month later they sent me an email saying "we did not understand what's happened..."
So my only conclusion is - the business school that teaches business, does not apply business ethics in its processes itself.
