entara Support Engineer interview questions

I was referred by an outside agency and an interview was set up during a vacation as I was told this was the only time available for a phone screen. So I woke up early in the morning and found myself a quiet place to take the phone call and waited. And waited. After about 20 minutes. I contacted the agency and found out that there was some confusion on the company's part about when the start time for the call was. Finally the HR rep called for the phone screen and started by saying that the call would only be a casual conversation about YJT and myself. I had what I thought was a nice conversation, but I was informed, after the call, that the HR rep, who could only talk to me during MY vacation and who was late to the call, thought that I was less than professional.
