Interview
First, you are invited to a remote written test (two exercises in my case). Then, you have an interview if selected. If selected you are contacted by HR for the next steps.
The interview involved three panelists, each asking one thoughtful question. They assessed communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. The atmosphere was mostly professional yet welcoming, encouraging clear responses and showcasing strengths confidently.
