The interview process was very layed back and relaxed. I felt at ease. The district manager asked me about my experience and told me. I was really excited about the possibility of working at FYE. It seemed like a fun job and I have a very high level of energy so it was a good fit. We talked about how to manage an fye by driving sales by getting and keeping customers happy through sales.

Process was only for formalities. I needed the interview with the DM to get the job, but I had such high recommendations that it was not treated as an actual interview. We just sat there and he asked me bizarrely easy questions and was surprised when I gave more information than he was expecting.
