Team Lead is - technical view of the project which you have worked previously
Head of Manager - scenario based situations, and how you handled it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at foodpanda (Singapore) in Sept 2021
Interview
4 round of interview in total: 1st screening round with HR, 2nd with hiring manager, 3rd was a case study about business needs and how to analyze them, 4th was a case study presentation to the department head.

General SQL questions that require business acumen, describe a situation where you had a disagreement and how it was resolved, questions on cohorts/bucketing users.
Interviewer were very particular about how well you know the industry.
Make sure you know the industry and business model well before going for the interview. Apart from that, the interview was casual, interviewer and HR were friendly.
