I applied on Indeed, took a few days to call. Called and set up a interview, interview with the Assistant Manager. Then got contacted for a second interview. Contacted them back multiple times and took a few days for me to get someone on the phone. Phone interviewed with the Store Manager and then the District Manager in the same day. Got offered the job right after the phone conversation.

So easy. the questions were simplistic to answer and the hiring manager did a great job. I was able to feel comfortable the entire time while i was interviewing. The whole process took around 15-30 minutes and the interview led to an offer within a week.

Interview
It took 3 days, i interviewed with the BTL first then after my background check cleared, I interviewed with a manager much higher up than you would normally interview with after the BTL, as there were some changed being made in the chain of management. I called after my interview and qas offered the job. The interview was pretty lengthy, lots of open ended questions while also making sure to get to know me at the same time. Just be yourself and be positive. This company is a very friendly and upbeat one, it's great to work for.
