Interview
The Interview process starts with a one-on-one interview with the store manager. it was pretty relaxed not that stressful. After the one-one-one I had a phone interview with the District Manager that went pretty good.

How to assist a customer when they don't what they want?
Way too easy. Put together a few outfits and then they called me with an offer before I even walked out of the mall. Glad it was easy, but makes sense based on how the store was managed.

It was a business casual interview.
It was very relaxed. She Asked about previous experience and school. Asked about customer service. Make sure to ask questions about the job as well.
