I applied at Francesca's. The process took one week. I dressed in their apparel for the interview to look the part instead of my usual business wear. The manager loved my style and the sunglasses I had on (which were also from Francesca's). The interview was very fun and casual, more so like talking to your best friend over coffee type of interview. She had me role play at the end of it and pick an outfits for each event given. She chose back to school and a concert. It was a very fun even though I did not receive an offer.
