Interview
In-store interview with store manager, if you move onto the next round you will have a phone interview with the district manager. The in-store interview is what matters. Dress nice and trendy, be confident/outgoing.

Question 1
In addition to basic retail questions, there was a hands-on part of the interview where the hiring manager gave me a scenario and asked me to sell her an outfit surround it.
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
