Interview
The interviewing process is simple, all though mine was a little complicated. I interviewed at one location and the store manager loved me but didn't have a spot for me at her store and wanted to promote me from being a Sales Associate/Stylist (from working at Express) to a Keyholder. So she referred me to another location where I interviewed there. Basic questions, allowing the BM to get to know me and my goals and aspirations and if I had any management experience.

Both managers were the nicest people ever!
In first interview I had to put together an outfit and explain why I put those pieces together. The store manager loved my choices.

I got a call from the boutique manager asking me to come in for an interview. It was pretty basic as far as the questions go. They were pretty desperate for a keyholder so the manager pretty much said anything that would make me want to join the company. I quit after three weeks because of the store manager.

Interview
In-person interview consisted of questions on past experience, personal style, and team dynamic. There was a template that the manager used and also tailored to our specific store location. She was very friendly and made the interview comfortable. Showing up to the interview dressed fashionably and tastefully is expected. Be prepared to put together an outfit from available merchandise on the floor.
