I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at fusionSpan
Interview
They record everything all the rounds.
In fact they send you a link for a site called jobma where you have to answer some questions as they come up on the screen on record. these questions are timed and you cannot retake most of the answers.
Then they pick you for the next round after watching the video based on their personal unconscious biases and your looks.
So not a very good experience. Questions are easy, but feels like they just hire just based on how you look in a video recording. Or...
I have a feeling they are just creating a dataset for some AI to answer interview questions and they don't actually mean to hire anyone.
How do you judge a candidate based on 5 time time bound questions and recorded inpromptu video answers?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at fusionSpan (Rockville, MD) in Dec 2025
Interview
There was an AI recorded screening for some basic questions, some that covered general behavioral and some that tied directly to the role. I had 2 rounds of interviews after speaking with their People Manager (HR), the last was a lengthy presentation to a team of 4-5 senior/project managers
It was a 3 step interview process- First was a video recording answering questions on the screen then you meet with the manager and HR manager.
The second and third interview could be spaced out or on the same day.
