I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at goPeer (Canada) in Jan 2023
Interview
Was a fairly easy interview process, meeting the CEO to highlight my past experience. For context, it was a co-op position and I received the offer which I accepted, however after a month of accepting, the CEO went around and rescinded the offer, after I asked about the pay (which was very low). The excuse was "budget constraints" but I assume it was because he was unhappy when I asked about the salary. I would not recommend anyone to apply here, and most definitely not trust the CEO.

Interview
It was a chill process. They have a virtual meeting with you and assess what you know about the company and your ability and experience working as an autodidact. They also ask technical questions about your proficiency with online systems and excel.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at goPeer (Canada) in July 2021
Interview
3 step interview process:
1. Interview with the co-founder
2. Mix of critical thinking and technical assessment
3. One-hour interview with the CEO and one of the senior developers.
Overall, the process is very clear. The interviewer was very friendly and professional and unlike most companies, you get feedback every step of the way regardless of the outcome which is really nice.
Overall, had a very positive experience.
