gpac Project Superintendent interview questions

Multiple phone interviews. Recruiter did not listen to me or take notes initially. The recruiter questioned my educational background. Recruiter asked about my work experience, but I didn't get the sense he understood my roles or the construction industry that well. When I followed up as requested, recruiter was not available so he had to postpone me. I felt a little dizted on. Final conversation was they couldn't help me. Huh?
