I responded to a posting on craigslist, if I recall correctly. They emailed me back and wanted to set up a phone interview. I was then given a programming test to complete on my own time. After this point, I was invited to their office for further interviewing, to meet their team and go to lunch. Their process includes having the potential candidate complete a small paid contract project on their product. Once this was completed, we had a final Skype discussion. This all took place over a fairly long period of time due to my employment status changing during the interview process. Everyone was very friendly and wiling to work around my uncertain status. The experience was very positive.
