I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at hello again in Oct 2025
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and that was great. Super friendly professional, explained everything I needed to know about th process, work culture, company values. It was one of the cleanest and honest interview I've ever participated. The second round consisted of developing an application following the guidelines they provided given a certain amount of time, which was also a great approach. I personally wish every hiring process offered this as a hard skills evaluation. The problem came after this round. On the third round, it's the interview where you are supposed to present the application to the Tech Lead or whoever is available when the interview is scheduled, and that by far was the interview I felt the most dislocated and uncomfortable for two reasons: the divided attention from interviewer's part that gave me the impression he was just there out of obligation, and lack of interest about the solution I built. I understand that the company spends time and energy to gather the best candidates, but it's also frustrating for the candidate when the person who's interviewing you doesn't give more feedback than "I liked that" or "that's good", and doesn't ask further questions about the solution, only concept questions, leaving you wondering if you did good or not. In the end, I was informed by someone else from the company (I don't know if the person who accompanied my process was available or not at the time) that I didn't pass due my lack of experience, not giving further explanation.
