This might be one of the worst interviews i have experienced in my 12 yrs of my career. The hiring manager asked me what my name was when she got on the video call. So that told me she hadn’t even prepared for this “RED FLAG” She asked questions that were not even in the job description so that through me off. Would not recommend this area to anyone serious about their career

Question 1
Explain a complex GTM model i have built in the past
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at highlevel (Bangalore Rural) in June 2026
Interview
The interview was fine a couple of debugging questions, one problem to solve and scenario based for QA of a flow. I somehow felt that the interviewer could not explain the scenario based question correctly and when I started asking questions, the person started getting annoyed. But nevertheless I did not get ahead was told my experience in technologies does not match the requirements. They were looking for someone with Java and I had experience with Python, and this is pretty clearly mentioned in my resume, anyway.

I applied online. I interviewed at highlevel (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Recruiter call. Scheduling was easy. 30-minute zoom video call. Recruiter was difficult to understand. Asked basic questions, not difficult. Ghosted afterwards. I followed up via email but never heard back. Not even an automated email.
