The guy that called me “aaron” seemed very aggressive. I understand that when questioning you want to get all the information from a candidate. But there is a way to go about it. I pronounced the company name slightly wrong and he seemed defensive “if youre applying for a job make sure you pronounce the name right”. The questions felt like more of a interrogation rather then a phone screen. Dude must of been having a bad day or something but goodness. I waited till 7:30pm for his call just to be agressively interviewed. Even if they offered second stage it would of been a hard pass. If they see this just know you represent your company to everyone you meet. Show some respect to the people you speak with. But im sure everyone else in the company is better then that guy….hopefully.
