I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at i2i Population Health in June 2022
Interview
The interview process was very friendly and transparent. I spoke with both the position' department director and vice president of implementation via Zoom. We had follow-up interviews via phone. The process was comfortable and respectful.

Question 1
I was asked how I would manage a diverse group of team members as an inclusive manager, potentially remotely.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at i2i Population Health in Jan 2019
Interview
Not good at all. They did not even have the common courtesy to inform me of their decision. Just nothing after the interview. Even when I attempted to reach out to them to follow up! To be honest though, I’m kind of glad. There was a lot of talk about “out dated legacy systems” and the environment being “patched together “. Seems like they have poor leadership along with being disorganized. I mostly likely would not have expected an offer even if it was made.

Question 1
The questions? We barely discussed anything technical at all. Just my “exposure” to an environment. It was kind of a joke.
