iA Private Wealth interview questions

The process was simple since I was interviewed directly by the financial advisor. She interviewed me as per her work needs. Didn't have to go through multiple rounds. I was offered the position within a month, but the start date 4 months after the contract was signed, which is a long wait time. I still believe this has to do with the advisor who hired me.

Phone interview (1st Round): Usual HR chitchat and tell me about yourself. Video Interview with VP (2nd Round): Straightforward but more technical with a mix of behavioral. Video Interview with VP & Colleagues (3rd Round): More technical and focused on what would you do situations. Follow up/next step between 1st and 2nd rounds was a little over a 1 week and same for 2nd and 3rd rounds but after last round just ghosted. After spending over 2 hours combined and one month on the interview process and considering its summer (so thing are slow) at least I deserve to know I am not selected and if possible a little feedback. At least let me know.
